Sushi is not just very popular among Japanese but it is also in demand in other countries. Sushi is a very interesting dish, it comes in different sizes, colors, shapes – it can sometimes be cylindrical or cone-shaped, taste – with different toppings, and the preparation can also vary.
Sushi is the pride and joy of the Japanese people. It is one of Japan’s symbols and Japan’s offer to the world.
