Sake

A trip to Japan will only be complete after tasting the Japanese alcoholic beverage that is made from rice popularly called Sake. This is one of Japan’s national symbols they are known all over the world because of so many things, food-sushi, beautiful places, hot baths, origami, ikebana, and sake. Sake or just rice wine in some English countries, is not really a wine, it is actually more of a beer because of the process that it goes through.

There are two kinds of sake, one is what Japanese people call as ordinary sake or in other countries it can be equivalent to a common or table wine. The other kind of sake is the premium sake, the difference is with the process but both taste equally good.
